If Thor knows you at all, he will understand. Perhaps his words were said in a pique of emotion, but he may be able to forgive you for what you did.
I cannot speak to your Odinson. But the one I know would move mountains for Loki. He probably has, at one point or another. Even when the rest of Asgard is against him, Thor believes in Loki.
