Fairly telepathic. I can pull out anything I need.

[ Well, he could have lied. Not like Severus has any inkling or expectation, this is very nearly a shot in the dark. Loki just happens to be - as far as he knows - the only other significant magical power here. ]

I'm in somewhat of an odd position with it. While I can block and occasionally send, reading is incredibly difficult.

I have considered the merits of being able to exchange messages on different planes of consciousness, given various messes. But it is a potentially complicated undertaking to so much as test.
