[That was as much love as anything else shining in his face as he stared into the camera. If they were in the same room, he'd be nibbling on those ears to see how much redder Loki could get. But honestly, he just wanted the man to know how important, how talented, Loki was.]

[God. The idea of a teenage Loki came to mind, and a teenage Steve as he used to be. Would they have been friends? Would he have dared to give in to all those confusing feelings he'd had way back then? He would have been kind to the younger Loki, kind and probably a little overwhelmed. The man would have been so pretty at that age . . . Steve likely would have gone all tongue-tied and breathless. He still did that more often than he liked to admit . . .]

Oh but you do. Utterly adorable. It just makes me wanna cuddle you and nuzzle you until you blush more and then dissolve into giggles. I'm sure I could make that happen if I tried hard enough!


[Fantasies aside, Steve loved to tease people, and sometimes Loki was such fun to poke at. Though it was always done with love behind it. That he felt comfortable and secure enough in Loki's commitment to being friends spoke volumes.]
