[She ends up finding a place in Kenn-Tellnic that has one (1) cheese fountain amid a sea of other finger foods. Everything's in miniature - all the better for preventing the waste of larger portions - and it's buffet style so people can just take whatever they want.

Wanda grins when she spots him and hurries over.]

[She pulls a box with a ring in it out of her purse. Don't get excited; despite Steve's prodding it's not that kind of ring.]

If something happens to me again, I want him to have something physical to remember this time. But if it can't phase with him I think he would just copy it.

[Which is understandable, but also totally not the point.]

[ loki is very unlikely to get excited over a ring, though he does have some awareness of its significance. ]

What do you mean by "something happens to you"?

I was here before. I don't remember it, but he does, and there is nothing stopping the Atroma from separating us again.

[Especially after Vision fired on the Marsiva. The complete lack of response when they'd been so petty about the ribbons has her waiting for the other shoe to drop.]

[ ah, so not thanos then. loki folds his hands on his lap, quiet. ]

I'm not sure if a token will be much of a guarantee.

[Everyone seems to have collectively decided not to tell Wanda about that. It's probably for the best.]

It won't, but if they make me forget us again it might help him. I always wished I had more from my family.

[She's never forgiven the Atroma for taking that from her. It had been so terrible to watch the disappointment in everyone's eyes when they realized she wasn't their Wanda. And it hadn't been fair to Vision to make him carry that for months.]

They saw my powers and thought I was going to steal Vision's soul. Or something like that. I was not awake for most of it.

It was a barbaric planet.

It was pretty but I wouldn't go back. I don't like having to hide.

I'm not too fond of planets full of monsters.

[ and hearing people in the fleet talking about hunting monsters and whatnot. it hits a little too close to home for his liking. ]

Then it's good that all we need to worry about here is where to start.

[The buffet lines are frighteningly efficient, although it's not apparent to Wanda at first glance how they've chosen to break down the food. Is it by tastes that go well together? It's certainly not by meal or type of food.]
